In short:Cancelled events = full refund (including all fees). Rescheduled events = refund option within 30 days. Voluntary cancellations depend on the organizer's policy.

Overview

At Evoque, we want you to have a great experience. This policy explains when and how you can receive a refund. All refunds cover the total amount paid, including all service fees.

Event cancellations

✓ Full refund guaranteed

If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you get a full refund of the total ticket price (including all fees). We automatically initiate the refund and notify you by email. Typically processed within 5-10 business days.

Postponed or changed events

Your tickets stay valid for the new date. Can't make it? Request a refund within 30 days.

If an event is rescheduled, your tickets remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the rescheduling announcement.

If an event undergoes significant changes (e.g., venue change, headliner change), you may be eligible for a refund depending on the nature of the change.

Depends on the organizer's policy. Check before you buy.

Non-refundable situations

Failure to attend the event (no-shows)
Personal scheduling conflicts or travel issues
Dissatisfaction with event content or quality
Tickets from unauthorized third-party resellers
Events with strict no-refund policy (stated at purchase)
