By accessing or using Evoque (“we,” “our,” or “the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

What Evoque does

We connect you with events. Organizers run the shows — we handle the tickets.

Evoque is an online marketplace that enables users to discover, browse, and purchase tickets to live events. We act as an intermediary connecting event organizers with ticket buyers. We are not the organizer of events listed on our platform unless explicitly stated.

Ticket purchases

All-in pricing. No surprises at checkout. No bots allowed.

All prices on Evoque are “all-in” prices that include all mandatory fees (service fees, platform fees, and payment processing fees). The price displayed is the price you pay. No additional charges at checkout.

Refunds & cancellations

See our separate Refund Policy for complete details. In summary:

Prohibited conduct

Don't be a bad actor. Here's what's not allowed.

✕Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to purchase tickets

✕Resell tickets above applicable price caps in your jurisdiction

✕Provide false or misleading information

✕Interfere with platform operations

✕Violate applicable laws or regulations

✕Infringe on the rights of others

Intellectual property

All content on Evoque, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Evoque or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of event information, which is provided by event organizers.

Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law. You retain the right to bring claims in small claims court.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our platform or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
